Intro

Hi everyone! My name is Jade and I'm currently a senior majoring in public relations at the University of Florida. I've created this blog because as a young adult, I feel it is very important that everyone takes on some responsibility for our environment. Going green has become incredibly popular in the past few years and it may seem very overwhelming with all the new "how to" books and special products available.

While I was visiting my sister a few weeks ago, I noticed a receipt where she had spent almost $50 on buying books to guide her in her mission of going green. I'm hoping to discover simple and cheap ways to go green that I can share with everyone on this blog to show that being environmentally friendly doesn't have to cost a lot of money. If a college student like myself can find the time and money to go green, everyone can too.
